Researchers’ Night will once again light up Jyväskylä this fall on September 26, 2025

The Europe-wide science event Researchers’ Night will take over the campuses of the University of Jyväskylä on Friday, September 26, 2025, as part of the City of Light event! This year, the multidisciplinary program will be available to knowledge seekers of all ages in Jyväskylä, Oulu, and Häme, at least.

At the University of Jyväskylä’s Researchers’ Night, you can get a hands-on introduction to the world of science, with researchers presenting their work in workshops, exhibitions, and expert lectures. During the day and evening, you can get involved in a CSI crime scene investigation, try out compressive force, explore the secrets of the nanoscience center, and much more!

The event is aimed at the whole family, so the program can be planned as a daytime program for school and daycare groups or as an evening program for audiences of all ages. The event offers experiences and insights for the whole family!

See you in the fall at Researchers’ Night!
